2024 Student Chapter Scholarship Application
Mission
To provide financial support for the professional development, training and networking of college students in hospitality seeking to further their career in Club Management.
Who Should Apply
The scholarship is open to any student who is a member of the Student Chapter of CMAA and is working toward their degree in hospitality or similar field.
The National Capital Club Managers Association will award two scholarships annually, based on the availability of funds and merit of applications. In order to help recipients further their development as students in hospitality, who have shown a dedication to a career path in club management, the scholarship will fund $1,000 to be applied toward registration costs to any NCCMA Board-approved continuing education program (not just CMAA-related) and reimbursable expenses directly related to travel, lodging, etc.
These scholarships will be granted based on recommendations made by the NCCMA Scholarship Committee and approved by the NCCMA Board of Directors.
View the Student Scholarship Application for more information. If you know any students that would like to apply for a scholarship, please use the document link below to get started. Submissions are due on October 1, 2023 and will be awarded at the following year's Installation Dinner.
