2023 Student Chapter Scholarship Application

Mission
To provide financial support for the professional development, training and networking of college students in hospitality seeking to further their career in Club Management.

The National Capital Chapter of the Club Management Association of America will award up to two scholarships annually, based on the availability of funds and merit of applications. In order to help recipients further their development as students in hospitality, who have shown a dedication to a career path in club management, the scholarship will fund $1,000 to be applied toward registration costs to any National Capital Chapter Board-approved continuing education program (not just CMAA-related) and reimbursable expenses directly related to travel, lodging, etc.
The scholarship will be granted based on recommendations made by the National Capital Chapter Scholarship Committee and approved by the National Capital Chapter Board of Directors.

Who Should Apply
The scholarship is open to any student who is a member of the Student Chapter of CMAA and is working toward their degree in hospitality or similar field.

View the Student Scholarship Application to learn more about criteria for the scholarship. Submissions are due October 31 of each year and will be awarded at the following year's Installation Dinner.
